The center of Les Sables d'Olonne, as well as the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, are located 3.1 km (10 minutes by bike) from the south access of the property at 10BIS Rue Des Libellules.

The villa is 200 meters from a large craft bakery pastry: Au Fil De La Tradition.

​All shops are nearby: the largest shopping center Les Sables d'Olonne, Leclerc , is located less than one km from the villa (just left on the map), with restaurants and a large shopping mall with a gym and even a wave of surfing!
