Online booking
Credit card payments are secured by the Stripe payment system.
The price includes:
- Rent of the villa;
- Water, electricity, heating, Internet access and television;
- Loan of 20 adult bicycles and children's bicycles;
- End-of-stay cleaning;
- Household linen;
- Cleaning kit, kitchen kit, welcome essentials pack…;
- 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs.
When booking online, guests can choose the pool option (heated to 28°C) and the hot tub option (heated to 36°C). Each option has a fixed part (part 1) and a variable part depending on the length of stay (part 2): to subscribe, both parts of the option must be ticked. The price updates automatically.
The pool option is mandatory from 1 April to 15 October.
To book online, the Tenant pays a deposit of 50% of the total amount and accepts the rental contract after reading or downloading it. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Check-in / check-out
Arrival is at 5 pm and departure at 11 am.
- Weekend (2 nights): late check-out at 4 pm on Sunday;
- Sundays and bank holidays: arrival from 7:30 pm.
Security deposit
Amount: €2,000 (pre-authorisation on a bank card possible).
Bedroom layout
Holiday rental regulations limit capacity to 15 sleeping places. Reservations for more than 15 guests therefore include additional sleeping accommodation in the adjoining holiday rental “Estrella”.
The Tenant has access to the agreed number of bedrooms according to the number of occupants (generally a minimum of 2 per bedroom). Villa de la Meilleraie is limited to 6 bedrooms for up to 15 guests; beyond 15 guests, up to 2 additional bedrooms are available in “Estrella”.
Bed linen and towels are an optional extra. Bed-making before arrival is a separate option; without it, ordered linen is provided folded for the Tenant to install.
Bedrooms have double beds; on prior request via the stay preparation form, some rooms can be set up with two single beds. Two travel cots and two high chairs are available.
